Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content in accordance with DMCA procedures unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit seeking a court order to prevent such restoration.

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright-protected material.
